HCL-69 este o macara doatata cu graifer pentru busteni destinata descarcarii navelor fluviale. Caracteristic acestei macarale forestiere este bratul foarte lung de 40metri. Macaraua este actionatata de un motor electric de 150kW. De asemenea pentru a acoperi o raza de lucru cat mai mare se poate deplasa pe o cale de rulare cu sine. Cabina este liftabila asigurand o vizibilitate optima in cala navelor.
